Job Description:

1. Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
2. Master and manage the assigned sales area.
3. Distribute products to various potential outlets based on category.
4. Effectively handle retails & projects within the area.
5. Develop the market for TACO products.
6. Stay updated on market trends and information.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator in the building materials industry (preferred).
3. Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve goals.
4. Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
5. Willing to be placed in any of TACO’s operational areas across Indonesia.
6. Experience in handling retails & projects.
7. Hardworking and knowledgeable about products.
