We are looking for a Resident Engineer with a solid track record in valve service within the oil & gas industry. This position requires a tough, compliance-driven individual to support critical customer operations on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site service jobs with a team of contractors.
• Deliver service execution that meets strict HSE and quality compliance requirements.
• Perform hands-on service work including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Support pre-sales activities: job costing, technical clarification, and quotation preparation.
• Maintain service documentation, resource utilization, and ensure timely reporting to regional management.

Requirements

• Strong background in valve/flow control service, ideally within oil & gas.
• Compliance-focused, with strong awareness of HSE standards.
• Fluent in English (mandatory for regional reporting).
• Strong decision-making skills under pressure.
• Vendor management and project management skills will be a plus.
